TVadClub offers a powerful media program using in-store digital signage that provides major benefits for a local business:

1. TVadClub works with you to create a new media network that promotes your clients throughout the local community.

2. Custom Digital Signs in businesses allow your customers to up-sell products, promote services and events, gain advertising via the network of signs,

and Make. More. Money! 

3. Participating businesses grow the local business community, all under YOUR brand.

You will create a TVadClub network comprised of local businesses who host a digital sign, and others who subscribe for advertising on the new network. TVadClub will offer the host businesses content creation and management services, graphic design, as well as access to features designed to attract customers. Plus, each host business will receive an ad displayed on all of the other screens in the new network as part of the advertising program. Other businesses are offered ads to be displayed on all screens on the network. Costs will vary based on network location.

 

Branded Signs in Your Neighborhood

 

TVadClub will work with Reseller to promote your clients via a new digital sign network. The reseller can receive a portion of the annual advertising revenue as part of a Reseller agreement, and will be able to advertise and promote other business activities and information via the network.

Benefits for Reseller

 

1. Income: Work with TVadClub to create a new network of participating business, which can include revenue sharing for the TVadClub Sign Network Program.

OPTION 1: Client Acquisition. 

TVadClub will pay a reseller for introducing a new local business to our program for every sold subscription. The commission amount will vary based on the reseller agreement.

All billing, servicing and technical support are maintained by Big Biz Box, LLC, (TVadClub) and are performed as a service to the Reseller and your clients. All communication with the end user (client) will be performed and supported by TVadClub.

OPTION 2: Client Acquisition and Management.

Same as Option 1, adding the responsibility for graphic design, technical support and client correspondence to the Reseller. The commission amount will be increased based on Reseller's agreement to more responsibility for client customer service.

TVadClub can provide a TV and App for a client, as well as an appropriate bracket for Vertical or Horizontal installation. *TVadClub will NOT install a digital sign for a client.

 

Pricing will be established with Reseller for the variables of TV size, Bracket, App, IT and graphic design support. If a client provides installation, TV or other equipment, the subscription price is reduced.

Available features and technical specifications such as screen size, networking, hosting, layout, hardware, software, casing, online access, installation and updating may be negotiated. 

 

2. Materials to Promote Sales are Provided by TVadClub

Reseller-branded fliers, newsletter emails and links on the TVadClub.com website will promote the Reseller's local program. Subscription Enrollment and Payment links will be made available on the TVadClub website. Billing can be managed by the Reseller or by TVadClub as negotiated (OPTION 1 vs OPTION 2)
